Available Volunteer Positions:

Executive Director (Remote)

Lead overall strategic planning and implementation.

Ideal Requirements:

  • Master's degree in relevant field (Management, Education, or project management).

  • Proven executive-level experience in educational development, program management, and resource mobilization.



  • Provide astute leadership to guide the team towards fulfilling the foundation's mission.

Program Manager (Remote)

Oversee day-to-day operations and program development.

Ideal Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or Project Management

  • Preferred; Master’s degree in education, social sciences, or related field.


  • Demonstrated success in high-level roles within educational initiatives and community engagement.


  • Work closely with the Executive Director to ensure program goals are met.

Communications and Marketing Officer (Remote)

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy

Ideal Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing

  • Preferred; Master's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.


  • Proven track record in creating compelling content for various platforms.


  • Engage with the community and media to strategically promote the foundation's work.

Fundraising Coordinator (Remote)

Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure financial support.

Ideal Requirements:

  • BA Management

  • Preferred; Master's degree in business, marketing, or related field.


  • Demonstrated success in high-level fundraising, grant identification, and event organization


  • Maintain and cultivate relationships with existing donors while strategically seeking new partnerships.

Community Outreach Officer (Remote)

 Identify and liaise with local communities to understand their needs.

Ideal Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Community Development

  • Preferred; Master's degree in social work, community development, or related field


  • Proven experience in high-level community engagement and building strategic relationships.


  • Ensure sustainable community support and involvement.

Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist (Remote)

Establish a system to measure and evaluate program impact.

Ideal Requirements:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree

  • Master's degree in M&E preferred.


  • Extensive experience in high-level monitoring and evaluation.


  • Ensure unparalleled accountability and transparency in all foundation activities

Financial Manager (Remote)

Handle financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.

Ideal Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

  • Master's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.


  • Proven executive-level experience in financial management.


  • Ensure unparalleled accountability and transparency in all foundation activities.
